Refund policy

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 2 days from the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

·       The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

·       The item must be in its original packaging.

·       A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Policy Limitations

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

·       Change of mind about the product.

·       Product available elsewhere at a lower price.

For hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons being food items, our items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they:

·       Have defects,

·       Do not match the description, or

·       Are not of satisfactory quality.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit of equal value will be applied to your next order or refunded via the original payment method.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend:

1.     Checking your bank account again.

2.    Contacting your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

3.    Contacting your bank, as processing time is often required before the refund appears.

Sale Items

Refunds are applicable only for full-priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item with an identical one, please contact us at orderonline@hub-italia.com.
