We are proud to hold HACCP Certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) which is the basis for us, as it is a systematic approach to food safety that helps to identify, assess, and control hazards that could potentially compromise food safety.
By following HACCP and regularly training our staff, we aim to proactively identify and control potential hazards in the supply chain, including biological, chemical, and physical risks. By focusing on prevention rather than reacting to food safety incidents, with HACCP we minimize the likelihood of food contamination and ensure product safety to our customers.
These standards govern our operating procedures from selecting the best suppliers right to the storage and distribution of products and receiving by our customers.
Consumers are increasingly concerned about food safety. By adhering to HACCP principles, we can assure customers that their products are safe to consume. This is boosting our consumers’ confidence, leading to stronger customer loyalty and increased market share.
We are now in the process of implementing ISO 22000.
ISO 22000 is an internationally recognized standard that defines the requirements for a Food Safety Management System (FSMS). It is designed to help organizations across the food supply chain ensure food safety and consistently deliver safe products to consumers. ISO 22000 integrates key elements of a Food Safety Management System and ensures that all food safety hazards are identified, controlled, and monitored at every stage of the food supply chain.
We are successfully registered on Foodwatch Platform, launched by Dubai Municipality to enhance food safety management and transparency in the food supply chain. Designed to connect authorities, food businesses, and consumers, Foodwatch digitizes documents and processes, enabling real-time monitoring of food safety and product traceability. The platform integrates advanced technologies like blockchain to ensure transparency and trust, with the goal of making Dubai a safer and more sustainable city.
We are recognized with “Grade A” from Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department.
Lastly, we have recently started our registration with Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) which is a global platform that helps companies manage and improve ethical practices in their supply chains, promoting transparency and reducing risks. With Sedex we will be able to promote an ethical and responsible supply chain and an ethical risk management in the supply chain.
